While Kajabi provides the technical infrastructure,Embassy Settlement Services remains the primary point of contact for your data privacy.   • Provide tailored information regarding settling in Canada.

  • Communicate updates about your membership or cohort.

  • Note: We do not provide legal or regulated immigration advice. Our content is for informational and community-building purposes only.

By using this Site or applying for membership, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here. You may withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails.

5. Disclosure and Third Parties

We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties. We only share data with service providers (like Kajabi or email software) strictly to run our business. We may disclose information if required by Canadian law or to protect the safety of our community members.

Your data may be processed on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions. While stored outside of Canada, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We ensure our service providers maintain a level of protection equivalent to Canadian standards.
